QHC centers its work around cross-sector inclusive partnerships with housing providers, housing seekers, tenants, community organizations, health centers, community members, employers, and government to work together to create policies and opportunities that provide barrier-free pathways to housing, health and financial stability for individuals, families, and children.
Project HOME has provided stable housing for over 1,200
households and 3,000 adults and children.

Project HOME is a nonprofit resident management service that ensures successful tenancies for residents that have experienced housing insecurity and/or homelessness.
Partners
QHC partners are landlords, property managers, tenants, community organizations, local and state governments, and community members, dedicated to working together to provide quality, affordable, and supportive housing for those in need.
Support
Donations will support Project HOME tenants:
$250 - supports one family for 3 months
$500 - supports one family for 6 months
$1000 - supports one family for 1 year
$2000 - supports two families for 1 year

Land Acknowledgement
The work of QHC in York, Cumberland, Oxford, Androscoggin, Sagadahoc, Kennebec, and Penobscot counties is conducted on the stolen ancestral lands of the Wabanaki long before colonists named our state Maine.
We acknowledge the painful colonial history harming the Wabanaki and their land and commit to better understanding it.
We acknowledge the strong and personal relationship between the Wabanaki and the land and waterways.
We commit to building more sustainable and inclusive communities and celebrating Indigenous culture.
